Butter Mint Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup 7-Up
  • 1 6 oz. package vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup crushed Katharine Beecher Butter Mints

Icing

  • 1 6 oz. package vanilla pudding
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped Katharine Beecher Butter Mints

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Icing Directions

Mix all ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
